Service Description

After your complimentary session, meetings are booked for 6 months at your cadence, also includes any additional calls, emails, texts needed throughout the relationship. In addition, a Leadership 360 pre and post assessment is completed, potentially along with 1-1 manager/peer interviews to build on context and growth areas.
